KALEIDO 2026

KALEIDO 2026, the annual cultural fest of Eranad Knowledge City College of Commerce and Sciences, will be held on 10 February 2026, celebrating creativity, culture, and campus spirit.

The event will be inaugurated by Zia Ul Haq, marking the beginning of a vibrant cultural celebration. Hafiz Mohammed and Nawaf Nsr will perform live, promising an electrifying musical experience for the audience.

Organised by DELCAOS, KALEIDO 2026 will serve as a dynamic platform for student expression, bringing together students, faculty, and guests for an unforgettable cultural fest.

Blood Donation Camp

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit No. 323 of Eranad Knowledge City – College of Commerce & Sciences organized a Blood Donation Camp on 02 February 2026, in association with Manjeri Medical College.

The camp was conducted from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM with the objective of promoting voluntary blood donation and creating awareness about the importance of saving lives through selfless service. Students, staff members, and volunteers actively participated in the programme, reflecting a strong sense of social responsibility and humanitarian values.

The initiative successfully reinforced the NSS motto of community service and highlighted the institution’s continued commitment to health awareness and public welfare.

Association Inauguration – Computer Science & BCA

The Association Inauguration of the Department of Computer Science & BCA was held at Eranad Knowledge City – College of Commerce & Sciences on 22 January 2026 at the EKC CS Seminar Hall.

As part of the programme, a seminar on “How to Become a Successful Professional” was delivered by Vipin Narayanan, Career Guidance Head & HR, Laurus Institute of Training and HR. The session offered valuable insights into career planning, professional skills, and industry expectations, inspiring students to prepare for future challenges.

The association was formally inaugurated by Dr. Adarsh T K, Principal, EKCTC. The event marked the beginning of various academic, technical, and co-curricular activities planned by the department for the academic year.

The programme provided an engaging platform for students to interact, learn, and align their academic journey with professional aspirations.

Palliative Awareness Programme & Air Bed Distribution

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit No. 323 of Eranad Knowledge City – College of Commerce & Sciences organized a Palliative Awareness Programme and Air Bed Distribution on 20 January 2025.

The programme was led by Mubaraque Master, Zonal Secretary (Wandoor), Pain & Palliative Care. The session focused on creating awareness about palliative care, its importance in improving the quality of life of patients with chronic and life-limiting illnesses, and the role of community participation in caregiving.

As part of the initiative, air beds were distributed to patients in need, reflecting the institution’s commitment to compassion, social responsibility, and community welfare. The programme reinforced the core values of the NSS and encouraged students to actively engage in service-oriented activities.

The programme aims to raise funds and awareness for palliative care services, highlighting the importance of compassion, community support, and dignity in care for those facing chronic illness. Through cinema and collective participation, the initiative seeks to connect social responsibility with cultural engagement.

Pain & Palliative Care – One Day Fund Collection

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit No. 323 of Eranad Knowledge City – College of Commerce & Sciences organized a One Day Fund Collection Programme for Pain & Palliative Care on 14 January 2026.

The initiative aimed to support palliative care services and promote compassion, empathy, and social responsibility among students.
